The Rochefort Océan Agglomeration Community (CARO) is organizing the 5th edition of Novembre Vert in November 2026, a month dedicated to ecological transition, reuse, and responsible consumption.

Numerous towns within the region will offer a variety of activities, including creative and repair workshops, crafting objects from recovered materials, and initiatives focused on recycling, upcycling, sewing, second-hand goods, and bartering.
The program will also include conferences and visits to waste treatment and drinking water production sites. Specific activities will cover composting, anti-waste food practices, and sustainable mobility.
Convivial events such as local producer markets, solidarity sales, and free exchange spaces are planned to encourage residents to adopt more sober and environmentally friendly practices.
Open to all audiences, especially families and children, Novembre Vert will highlight local initiatives, circular economy actors, and the sharing of know-how.
