The municipality of Saint-Martin-de-Ré (17) has launched a call for applications for the establishment of an independent bookstore, intended to be open year-round. The goal is to promote the economic success and sustainability of the project.
To this end, the municipality is offering advantageous installation conditions. The available premises measure 62 m² for the sales area, plus an additional 17 m² for storage. It is located in the town center.
A 3/6/9 lease is proposed. The monthly rent is set at €1,000, not subject to VAT. Furthermore, up to 20% of turnover is permitted for ancillary activities.
