The Interdepartmental Directorate of Central-Western Roads (DIR Centre-Ouest) has announced traffic restrictions on the A20 motorway. These measures will affect the section between junctions n°45 "Tulle" and n°47 "Donzenac", in the Paris to Toulouse direction. The period concerned runs from Monday, September 28, 2026, to Friday, November 6, 2026.
This traffic diversion is necessary to carry out road surface repair work in the municipalities of Perpezac-Le-Noir and Saint-Pardoux-L’Ortigier. Consequently, the exit and entry ramps of junction n°46 "Perpezac-Le-Noir" will be closed in the Toulouse-Paris direction. Access to the A20/A89 interchange towards Clermont-Ferrand, coming from Toulouse, will also be interrupted.
Local diversions will be put in place to guide users. The DIR Centre-Ouest urges extreme caution when crossing the work zone and following the diversion routes. Adherence to temporary signage, diversion instructions, and speed limits is emphasized for everyone's safety. The movement of exceptional transport may also be affected.
