The Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Guéret is seeking input from its residents, workers, and students to shape the territory's future through its Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi).

As part of the development of its Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi), the Agglo du Grand Guéret invites residents, employees, and students to share their vision for the territory's future. The questionnaire covers various aspects such as housing, mobility, economy, environment, agriculture, and quality of life.
Following an initial phase of territorial diagnosis, the process continues with the Sustainable Development and Planning Project (PADD). This political project will set the main planning and development orientations for the agglomeration in the coming years.
After participatory workshops aimed at clarifying the PLUi's challenges and contributing to the PADD's development, a questionnaire is now available to gather citizens' perceptions, expectations, and priorities. The contributions will feed into future discussions.
Participation is simple and quick. The collected contributions will be essential for finalizing the PADD. The PLUi will ultimately become the regulatory tool governing construction rules in the territory, replacing the urban planning documents of the 25 member municipalities.
