The Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Guéret is launching a public survey to collect opinions from residents, owners, and tenants on improving downtown housing, in preparation for the future Housing Improvement and Urban Renewal Program (OPAH-RU) planned from 2027 onwards.

The City of Guéret and its partners are seeking input from everyone who lives, works, or invests in the city center to better understand housing-related issues. The goal is to gather needs and expectations regarding housing quality, energy renovation, degraded housing, and facade beautification.
Street interviews will also be organized throughout the week and during November to allow as many people as possible to express themselves. The online survey is accessible via a dedicated link.
This consultation is part of the pre-operational study for the future OPAH-RU of downtown Guéret, scheduled for implementation from 2027. Working groups with stakeholders (real estate agents, construction companies, investors, social workers, institutional partners) are also being organized to identify the territory's needs and define intervention priorities.
All opinions collected will be processed anonymously and integrated into the pre-operational study. The insights gained from this collective effort will help define the housing renovation strategy for the coming years.
