Elected officials from the Grand Guéret Agglomeration held a working seminar on October 7th to develop the future territorial project and governance pact, aiming to collectively define the mandate's orientations and strengthen cooperation among the 25 municipalities.

Following a shared diagnosis, community councilors discussed the territory's main challenges: attractiveness, economic development, ecological transition, land use planning, public services, water management, and mobility.
Gathered in thematic workshops, they exchanged viewpoints and identified priorities that will guide community action. The goal is to build a unifying, realistic territorial project adapted to residents' expectations.
The afternoon was dedicated to the governance pact, which will define cooperation methods between the Agglomeration and its member municipalities, focusing on dialogue, consultation, and shared decision-making.
This day marks a significant step in building the territorial project, with the initiated reflections contributing to defining the Agglomeration's strategic orientations and future action program.
