Through its new programming, Niort Agglo is taking concrete action to strengthen equal opportunities, improve residents' daily lives, and support local dynamics. The supported projects cover key areas: education and youth, health and well-being, citizenship and community living, and neighborhood attractiveness.
In education, youth, and parenting, €43,130 will be invested to enhance before- and after-school programs, develop activities for children and young people, and promote access to new cultural and sports practices.
The health and well-being sector will receive €46,780. These funds will be used to facilitate access to care and rights, encourage sports participation, promote quality nutrition, and combat isolation, with particular attention to women and seniors.
To support citizenship and community living, €17,335 is allocated to access to rights, assistance with administrative and digital procedures, as well as projects that encourage resident engagement and participation, especially among young people.
Finally, an amount of €84,730 is designated to enhance the attractiveness and openness of neighborhoods. This includes local activities, cultural initiatives, leisure events, festivals, shared gardens, artistic projects, and initiatives led by residents themselves.
This programming reflects a clear ambition: to empower neighborhood residents to act, participate, and build their future within vibrant, open neighborhoods fully integrated into the territory.
