Each year, for the International Board Game Festival of Parthenay, downtown merchants decorate their shop windows with the event's colors. This year, for the edition celebrating the 40th anniversary of the FLIP, the displays particularly charmed visitors, who were invited to vote for their favorite window during a treasure hunt.
After counting the votes, the three businesses that won the 2026 window display contest are:

3rd Prize: Aux petits bonheurs

The awards ceremony was presented by Alexandre Martin, president of the Parthenay-Gâtine Community of Communes, and Marina Piet, vice-president in charge of the leisure, tourism, and heritage sector. The winners received a selection of board games as well as tickets to Futuroscope in Poitiers. Also present were Jean-Michel Prieur, mayor of Parthenay, and Annie-Dupuis-Rat, deputy mayor for urban planning and commerce.
