The town of Boulazac Isle Manoire has acquired the Saint-Martin farm land, near the Hyper U commercial area, to establish a municipal farm. This project aims to become a living space open to everyone, focusing on themes such as parenting, healthy eating, and social connection.

This site, with its multiple possibilities, is intended to be a production hub for the town's canteens, as well as a living space open to all. The goal is to develop various themes like parenting, healthy eating, and social connection.
To advance this project, the town has engaged La mitoyenne, a collective of architects, landscape designers, and designers specializing in participatory land approaches and supporting local authorities.
Between September 2026 and January 2027, the collective will meet with various local stakeholders, including associations, farmers, parents, and town agents. The objective is to identify existing projects, ideas, and the site's potential.
Following this consultation phase, several proposals and usage scenarios will be presented. Some could be implemented as early as 2027.
