The Communauté de Communes de Blaye is organizing a public inquiry concerning the development of its Intermunicipal Local Advertising Regulation (RLPi). This process, initiated following an order from the President of the community of communes dated July 29, 2026, will run for twenty-four consecutive days, from Wednesday, September 23 at 8:30 AM to Friday, October 16, 2026 at 4 PM.
The RLPi project is structured around 8 orientations and a zoning plan with 7 advertising zones. It aims to establish adapted regulations, supplementing and modulating national legislation regarding advertisements, pre-signs, and signs, as well as illuminated displays installed in shop windows. The file also incorporates the evolution of delimited perimeters around historical monuments, which may impact zoning.
The rules of the Intermunicipal Local Advertising Regulation concerning advertisements, pre-signs, and signs will apply to the 20 municipalities within the Communauté de Communes de Blaye. All documents of the public inquiry file will be available for consultation throughout the inquiry period, in both digital and paper formats at the community of communes' headquarters, located at Espace France Services, 32 rue des maçons – 33 390 BLAYE, during regular opening hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM).
Free access to the file is also guaranteed on a computer terminal made available to the public at the headquarters of the Community of Communes. Public observations and proposals can be recorded in inquiry registers available at the headquarters, sent by postal mail to the inquiry commissioner at the inquiry's address (Communauté de Communes de Blaye – 32 rue des maçons – BP 34 – 33393 BLAYE CEDEX) before the end of the inquiry, or submitted via email to enquetepublique.rlpi@ccb-blaye.com.
The inquiry commissioner will be available to receive public observations during consultation sessions held at the headquarters of the Communauté de Communes de Blaye (32 rue des maçons – 33 390 BLAYE) on the following dates: Wednesday, September 23 from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, and Friday, October 16 from 2 PM to 4 PM.
