For the seventh consecutive year, the Sud Gironde Territorial Pole and the Cadillac Hospital Center are organizing an event dedicated to mental health, aiming to combat prejudice and facilitate access to care.

The initiative, taking place throughout Sud Gironde, offers a varied program including conferences, activities, film debates, meet-and-greets, and exhibitions. The goal is to raise public awareness and promote available local resources.
Six key events are scheduled in Langon and Saint-Macaire. On October 3rd, a parent's café titled 'Let's Talk About Our Teens' will be held at the La Quincaillerie Intercommunal Media Library. From October 6th to 17th, the same media library will host the exhibition 'Let's Free Our Woes Through Our Bubbles'.
On October 8th, the Centre Culturel des Carmes in Langon will present the show 'Gratte Gratte'. A 3D artistic workshop on the theme of teenagers is scheduled for October 10th at the Media Library. Finally, on October 13th, a session on dance will take place at the Saint-Macaire village hall, followed by a concert by Yadé on October 15th in the same venue.
This free event, open to all, is an opportunity to learn and discuss mental health, thereby strengthening the territory's Local Health Contract.
