A single public inquiry will be held from October 19 to November 18, 2026. It concerns the environmental authorization request filed by SCI VGP Park France 7 for the 'VGP Park Bordeaux-les-Graves' and 'Z4 Traders' economic activity zone project. This project is planned for the municipalities of Ayguemorte-les-Graves and La Brède. The operation involves creating an economic activity park in two phases, across seven distinct sectors.
Phase 1, 'VGP Park Bordeaux-les-Graves', involves the construction of 9 buildings in sectors A to E. The total ground footprint will be approximately 66,400m², with 53,600m² of green spaces and associated roadways, covering a total area of 177,173 m².
Phase 2, 'Z4 Traders', will include the construction of two buildings with a ground footprint of approximately 19,400m² and about 62,000m² of green spaces in sectors F and G, over an area of 105,343 m².
For the La Brède town hall, interested parties can consult the file during usual opening hours: Monday from 3 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM.
