The City of Mérignac announces the release of its October 2026 municipal magazine. This issue invites residents to discover local information, upcoming events in their neighborhoods, and the highlights of Mérignac's community life.
Among the contents, readers will find "Instantanés" (Snapshots) with a roundup of essential information published on social media, as well as the editorial by Thierry Trijoulet, Mayor of Mérignac. The "Le Didactik" section highlights a resource center for caregivers, while "À votre service" (At Your Service) presents the role of social mediators, described as "We are the link".
The "C'est ma ville" (This is my city) section features the Krakatoa music venue and its atmosphere, as well as the exhibition "Vivian Maier, the gaze of an invisible woman." The "Sortir" (Going Out), "Bouger" (Getting Active), and "Vivre" (Living) sections in Mérignac detail cultural and sports events, and solidarity initiatives, including that of Michèle Bourgeon.
The magazine also includes open forums and provides direct access to download it in PDF format or read it online. The City's Communication Department, responsible for digital strategy, graphic design, and press relations, oversaw the production of this publication.
