Community elected officials will examine several key issues for the life and projects of the territory. Among the topics on the agenda are economic development, including a subsidy for Tech Châtaigne and a derogation from the principle of Sunday rest for 2027.
Youth and sports will also be central to the discussions, notably the evolution of the Villasport concession contract, the implementation of a new pricing grid from January 1, 2027, and a partnership for the Relais Petite Enfance.
In terms of spatial planning, the council will address property sales and acquisitions. Tourism and culture will be represented by a partnership between the Intercommunal Tourist Office and the Musical Festival of Saint-Yrieix, as well as the payment terms for the School of Music and Dance.
Sustainable development will be discussed through an agreement with the Syndicat Mixte du Bassin de l’Isle and the evolution of the rental service regulations for e-bikes e-SY Bike. Financial matters will include the allocation of the FPIC 2026, budget modification decisions, and contributions for the intergenerational City Park project in La Roche-l’Abeille.
Finally, general administration will cover a servitude agreement with ENEDIS and the 2026-2028 development and transition contract for the Châtaigneraie Limousine.
