The Communauté de communes du Pays de Lauzun is launching practical workshops and visits to educate residents on waste reduction and potential savings.

A variety of practical workshops are available, including making cosmetic products, anti-waste cooking, composting, and exploring alternatives to disposable items. These sessions aim to provide concrete tips for adopting simple daily habits to reduce waste and save money.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the sorting center and the landfill. The goal is to take on the "Zero Waste" challenge by facilitating the adoption of sustainable practices.

Additionally, the Miramont de Guyenne waste disposal center is adjusting its hours for the summer season. It will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, 7:15 AM to 1:30 PM, starting from June 19, 2023.
