UPPA Tech opens its technological platforms to the public on October 16

Six platforms specializing in life sciences, materials, and environment will be accessible to businesses and local authorities in Anglet and Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle.

UPPA Tech is opening the doors of its technological platforms in Anglet and Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle on October 16, offering businesses and local authorities access to cutting-edge equipment and scientific expertise.

For this academic year, Estia welcomed 1,050 students, 28 doctoral students, and about a hundred learners in certification training at its Bidart campus.
On October 16, UPPA Tech will open its instrumental platforms specializing in building or environment in Anglet. It also offers a visit to the Inrae technological platforms showroom in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle.
These platforms provide access to cutting-edge equipment and expertise, aiming to support university and socio-economic stakeholders in their R&D and innovation projects.
In Anglet, three platforms will be open to the public: G2MP (geomechanics), MATCO (materials), and SCOPE (coastal environments). Three others, CellFish, FISHNUT, and IE ECP, dedicated to life sciences and aquatic ecosystems, will unveil their work through virtual tours.
This event will be an opportunity to interact with researchers, engineers, and platform managers, identify suitable solutions, and discover the university's know-how. Participation is free, upon registration.
A visit to the Inrae technological platforms showroom in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is also proposed.
The program for October 16 includes: platform and showroom visits from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The meeting point in Anglet is at building B1 Sciences et technique, Science and Technologies for Energy and Environment college, allée du parc Montaury.
