The CASI plan (Climate, Adaptation, Drought, Fire) has been established by the state to support agricultural operators facing climate-related hazards. In the Vienne department, an allocation of €2.35 million is available to eligible farmers. The Department supplements this aid with an additional fund of €200,000, specifically aimed at a bonus for young farmers.
This measure concerns farmers operating primarily in agriculture, whether individuals, in GAEC, EARL, or other agricultural companies. They must have a PACAGE number starting with 086 and have submitted a PAC application in Vienne during the year 2026.
The aid amounts, which are indicative, will depend on the specialization of each farm.
