The commune of Scorbé-Clairvaux is facing a series of sheep attacks since the beginning of the week, raising concern among residents and prompting a call for increased vigilance from the town hall.

Since the start of the week, the commune of Scorbé-Clairvaux has been the target of sheep attacks, potentially attributed to stray dogs. These incidents have resulted in the death of four animals and injured four others in the Champsin area, during the night of October 5th to 6th.
A new attack was reported on the night of October 8th to 9th, in Haut Clairvaux, injuring two more sheep. In response to this situation, the municipality is calling for the utmost vigilance.
The town hall advises residents to protect their animals as much as possible. It also requests their assistance in reporting any stray dogs sighted, day or night, to the town hall at 05 49 93 81 60 or the gendarmerie by dialing 17.
The town hall's communication commission thanks residents in advance for relaying this message to their contacts within the commune.
