Boucle Rose Celebrates its 8th Edition in Dolus-d’Oléron

The Communauté de Communes de l’Île d’Oléron and the municipality of Dolus-d’Oléron are organizing the 8th edition of the Boucle Rose on Saturday, October 17th, a day dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer.

The event, taking place from 9 AM to 1 PM at Place Simone Veil, aims to engage the public with sports activities suitable for all levels. A Prevention Village will also be available for discussions with health professionals and to promote screening.
The program for this friendly and solidarity-filled morning includes runs of 5 km and 10 km, as well as adapted walks of 2 km, 6 km, and 10 km. A sensitization conference is also scheduled for Friday, October 16th.
This event is organized with the support of La Ligue contre le cancer and the island's municipalities. It is open to the general public, and race registration is free via the provided link.
