A week after the awards ceremony, the CMA Nouvelle-Aquitaine unveils the winners from Charente-Maritime. Six exceptional paths were recognized, each showcasing excellence and innovation in the artisanal sector.
Among the laureates are Cécile Chapet and Théo François for Le Jour du Poisson in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron (Trajectoire Artisan'Stars), Cyrielle Mignot for Les Tresses à Sissou in Cozes (Trajectoire Artisanat au féminin), and Angélique and Franck Trouvé for La Moisson des Pains in Puilboreau (Trajectoire Mentor de l'année).
The Trajectoire Métiers d'Art category honored Sylvain Zbinden, a guitar maker in Marans. The Town of Saujon, represented by its mayor Pascal Ferchaud, received the Trajectoire Collectivités award. Finally, Maël Pavie, an apprentice in CAP Métiers de la Coiffure at CMA Formation Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan, was recognized in the Trajectoire Apprenti'Stars category.
