During this period, parking will be prohibited in the affected area, and waste collection will be adapted, with bins to be placed at the ends of the construction zone.
Smoke tests of the sanitation network are also planned in three towns. In Esnandes and Marsilly, these interventions will take place between September 28 and October 2. In Châtelaillon-Plage, they will occur between October 12 and 16. The smoke used is harmless to health and dissipates quickly.
In La Rochelle, a television inspection of the main rainwater network pipe is scheduled on rue Saint-Jean du Pérot during the nights of September 21-22, 22-23, 28-29, and 29-30, 2026. A camera truck will inspect the network, which may cause temporary noise disturbances.

Finally, water usage restrictions are in effect in Charente-Maritime due to an exceptional drought episode, placing the department in "Enhanced Alert" level. These measures concern watering, vehicle washing, facade cleaning, and pool filling, and apply until further notice.
