In accordance with Law n°2012-1460 of December 27, 2012, the public can participate in public decisions impacting the environment. The SICTOM du Marsan has submitted a request for derogation for the destruction of protected species habitats as part of the construction of a new waste disposal center.
Documents related to this project are available for download. The public is invited to submit their observations by mail to the Regional Directorate for Environment, Planning and Housing - Bordeaux Site, or electronically via an online questionnaire.
The deadline for submitting observations is set for October 14, 2026.
