The Intercommunal Local Urban Plan also serving as the Local Housing Program (PLUiH) is an essential document that will define the main territorial development orientations for the next 10 to 12 years. It will set the rules applicable to construction and renovation projects, while integrating an intercommunal housing policy, thus directly impacting the evolution of the municipalities and the living environment of their inhabitants.
As part of its development, a public meeting will be held in Confolens. The aim is to present the territorial diagnosis, a key step to better understand the characteristics and challenges of the area before defining its future orientations. The involvement of all residents is considered important for reflecting on the territory's future.
The meeting will take place in the amphitheater of the Charente Limousine Intercommunal Community.
