The Lavalette Tude Dronne community of communes is once again hosting the « Au fil du conte » festival, an initiative by the Departmental Library of Charente. This event offers varied shows combining storytelling and music, performed by professional storytellers and musicians.
Three dates are to be noted in the area:
On Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Espace Arc-en-ciel in Chalais will host TITUS for his show « Des lires : petits arrangements avec la lecture », for ages 12 and up. The performance will begin at 8:30 PM.
On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, it's time for Victor Cova Correa and his show « Le voyage de Picaflor » at the Salle Henry Dunant in Montmoreau. This show, intended for ages 7 and up, will start at 6:30 PM.
Finally, on Friday, October 2, 2026, Céline RIPOLL will present « La Légende du cocotier et autres contes de Tahiti » at the Salle des fêtes in Villebois-Lavalette. The show will begin at 8:30 PM and is for audiences aged 7 and up.
Admission to all these events is free.
