Léna and Lana, final-year students at Simone Veil High School, visited the Health & Well-being village with their class. They practiced first aid techniques, including CPR on a mannequin and using a defibrillator, an experience they found very instructive.
The visit continued with an introduction to the colorectal cancer screening kit. Students learned how to use the device to collect samples and send them to the laboratory, an important preventive measure for their future.
Marine, a socio-esthetician from Vitalia, also shared tips on self-massage and listening to one's body, encouraging participants to identify their tensions and take moments for relaxation.
Yvette, an older participant, expressed her great satisfaction with the event, giving it a perfect score of 10/10. At 86 years old, she showed her enthusiasm for health and well-being initiatives.
