These interventions are part of Tulle agglo's 2026 road investment program, aimed at maintaining and renovating its road assets. The agglomeration dedicates approximately €2.5 million to this for its 1,350 km of community roads.
In Seilhac, the work on the bridge and its metal culvert follows a diagnosis by CEREMA. It aims to ensure user safety and the preservation of the structures.
The work includes repairing the bridge's waterproofing and masonry, redoing the road surface and sidewalks, and replacing the metal culvert with a reinforced concrete structure.
The total cost of the operation amounts to €169,591.50 including tax. Tulle agglo is the main funder, with a grant of €72,312 from CEREMA. The work, carried out by the company MARTINIE TP, began at the end of August and is expected to finish in mid-November, lasting a total of three months.
