The Department of Dordogne has taken a key step in its social policy by adopting its Departmental Integration Plan (PDI) for the 2026-2030 period. This strategy, complemented by an operational Territorial Integration Plan (PTI), aims to consolidate and enhance the support provided to recipients of the RSA (Revenue from Solidarity Activity).
Presented on Thursday, October 8th, to the teams responsible for its implementation, these strategic documents were officially voted on April 1st for the PDI and on October 5th in a plenary session for the PTI. The primary objective is to increase the mobilization of resources and ensure better coordination of interventions for the individuals concerned, fostering a sense of shared responsibility.
The PDI's strategy is structured around three main pillars: personalized, motivating, and structuring support; an integration offer tailored to the specific needs of RSA beneficiaries; and an integration policy embedded within a dynamic and structured partnership framework. These priorities are further detailed into 13 concrete orientations within the PTI, creating a clear roadmap for the Department's agents.
These new orientations aim to ensure a fair, effective, and human-centered integration policy, underscoring the Department's commitment to its citizens.
