The renovation work for the lighting at the André-Beaudry stadium in Terrasson-Lavilledieu was carried out by the company Darlavoix. Started in April 2026, the project concluded in October 2026. The old installation, comprising 12 floodlights and 2 masts totaling 24,000 W, has been replaced by 4 new 21-meter-high masts equipped with 12 LED projectors, reducing the installed electrical power to 16,750 W.
This new equipment provides an illumination level of 150 lux, with the potential to reach 300 lux. This upgrade aims to optimize the field's lighting and anticipate future developments in sports practices, making the facility more versatile. The lighting control cabinets have also been renewed to accommodate the new electrical installations.
The total cost of the works, undertaken by the SDE 24, amounts to €163,000 including tax. The municipality's contribution to this project is €115,000.
