The Gironde Chamber of Agriculture is seeking six motivated winegrowing operations to join the DEPHY table grape network, a collective focused on optimizing cultivation practices and diversifying income.

Facing economic pressure, societal expectations, and environmental challenges, diversifying winegrowing operations is becoming an essential lever for the future. The Gironde Chamber of Agriculture is launching an appeal for applications to join the DEPHY table grape network, which already includes 14 farms committed to concrete progress.
Joining this collective allows for sustainable reduction of production costs through optimized practices, significant decrease in the use of plant protection products, and experimentation with innovative technical approaches. The goal is to produce residue-free table grapes, a differentiating asset for better product valorization.
The initiative offers concrete and structured support: installation of resistant grape variety conservatories on farms, regular and personalized technical follow-up, exchanges between producers, and collective work on more efficient cultivation strategies.
This project, focused on economic future, also aims to better understand and anticipate table grape market outlets, explore avenues for co-product valorization, and thus secure farmers' incomes in an uncertain context.
The DEPHY network presents itself as an accelerator of transition and innovation for professionals wishing to gain autonomy, performance, and resilience, and thereby shape the future of the sector in Gironde.
