The Médoc Estuaire Community of Communes successfully concluded the second edition of Tremplin Jeunes, an event dedicated to the orientation and employment of young people aged 14 to 25, held on Friday, October 2, 2026.

The event, which ran from 1 PM to 8 PM, offered participants exploration of thematic areas designed to address their questions on housing, mobility, rights, training pathways, and professional opportunities. A dedicated job-seeking space facilitated direct meetings and interviews with local employers.
Practical workshops, including CV creation led by France Travail and professional immersion experiences using Métiers 360 virtual reality headsets, enriched the experience for young attendees.
This edition saw strong mobilization from the territorial ecosystem, with the presence of 14 companies and recruiters offering concrete opportunities, alongside 17 institutional and associative partners providing information and guidance to the youth.
The elected officials and the team of Médoc Estuaire expressed their gratitude to all the young people, speakers, partners, and companies for their commitment. An announcement has already been made for the next edition in 2027.
