Game Fest 2026 Comes to Martillac for Three Days of Digital Fun

The Montesquieu Community of Communes is organizing a free event combining video games, virtual reality, AI, and drones from October 16th to 18th.

From October 16th to 18th, 2026, the Communauté de communes de Montesquieu invites the public to Game Fest, an event dedicated to digital technology and games, held at the Eurêkapôle and Centre de Ressources on the Technopôle Bordeaux Montesquieu site in Martillac.

For three days, attendees of all ages can enjoy numerous free activities, including retro gaming, virtual reality, a video game tournament, giant wooden games, and Kapla. This year, a family Battle Kart event is also on the schedule.
Among the new features, the public can explore artificial intelligence with the workshop "IA quoi là-dedans ?" (AI, What's Inside?) offered by Cap Sciences, as well as a workshop focused on drones.
For dining, several gourmet options will be available throughout the weekend.
The event's operating hours are: Friday, October 16th from 6 PM to 10 PM, Saturday, October 17th from 2 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday, October 18th from 2 PM to 7 PM.
The event takes place at the Technopôle Bordeaux Montesquieu, located at 1 allée Jean Rostand, Martillac. Admission is free and open to all, with the exception of the "IA quoi là-dedans ?" workshop, which requires prior registration.
