This initiative aims to provide a space for exchange and sharing experiences for individuals who daily care for an elderly, ill, disabled, or autonomy-losing loved one, in order to combat isolation.
The meetings will be alternately facilitated by Laëtitia Filatreau, a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist based in Yvrac, and Stéphane Maritch, a therapist and practitioner of brief therapies in Pompignac.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM, at the Pôle Culturel Jacques Mayoux. These meetings will take place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Participation is free, but registration is required by calling 07.63.88.00.50.
