The initiative @Différent & Compétent en Limousin organized a ceremony at the Espace Gerbassou on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The event was dedicated to presenting certificates of recognition for professional experience (RAE) to 46 laureates.
Approximately 180 participants gathered to celebrate the skills, journeys, and professional successes of the laureates. This event serves as a significant moment of recognition for individuals working in ESATs (Establishment and Service for Aid through Work).
The day aimed to offer a different perspective on disability and to highlight the competencies developed through work. Success was the central theme, with the day also featuring participatory workshops led by the laureates.
