The ceremony was attended by Bruno Genest, Mayor of Condat-sur-Vienne, Henry Bruneau, President of Limoges Habitat, as well as elected officials and representatives from institutional and financial partners. These included representatives from Limoges Métropole, the ANRU, and Action Logement, along with the companies involved in the project's development.
As the project's developer, Limoges Habitat highlighted that this new residence complements the existing housing supply in the town and aims to provide a pleasant living environment for its future residents.
