Orange has submitted a Town Hall Information File (DIM) regarding a project to install a new relay antenna. The proposed site is located at Les Quatre Pins, cadastral section EW n°22, in the municipality of Couzeix. This project aims to meet the operator's needs for network performance and service quality, as well as its legal obligations.
The file is available for consultation for one month, online on Orange's dedicated website and at the town hall, located at 176 avenue de Limoges, 87270 Couzeix. Residents are invited to submit their observations.
Individuals wishing to make comments can send a letter to the town hall of Couzeix or an email to service.urbanisme@couzeix.fr. These observations can be submitted within a period of three weeks from the availability of the file. They will then be forwarded to Orange for potential responses.
Following the receipt of the Town Hall Information File, a prior declaration for urban planning authorization must be submitted to the town hall within a minimum period of one month.
