The extension and renovation works at the Landouge crematorium will commence on November 2, 2026, and are expected to last for 10 to 12 months. During this renovation period, the ceremony hall at the Valroses cemetery in Couzeix will be made available to funeral directors. The aim is to ensure the continuity of ceremonies without interruption.
The terms of use and pricing for the Valroses hall will remain the same as those applied at the current crematorium. This arrangement may lead to increased use of the Valroses site throughout the renovation period.
