As part of the « Quartiers En Mieux » program, Limoges habitat and Limoges Métropole are organizing 'rehabilitation cafés' to engage tenants in discussions about their neighborhood's transformations, particularly in Val de l’Aurence Sud.

The « Quartiers En Mieux » program, which supports the transformation of several priority neighborhoods in Limoges, focuses on housing, public spaces, and quality of life. These meetings aim to inform residents, gather their feedback, and discuss current and future projects.
Over coffee, residents can meet with teams from Limoges habitat and Limoges Métropole, track project progress, and ask questions. Discussions cover housing rehabilitation, residentialization, and public space development.
These events also provide Limoges habitat with an opportunity to understand tenants' uses and needs to guide future developments. The latest café took place on October 6th with residents of « Petit S », at 17 to 19 rue du Maréchal Juin, in the Val de l’Aurence Sud neighborhood.
The goal is to build projects collaboratively with residents to sustainably improve their living environment.
