Faced with the extent of the damage to the Limoges City Hall, an urgent call for mobilization has been issued. The Heritage Foundation, in partnership with the City of Limoges, has initiated a public subscription to fund the initial safety operations and prepare for the restoration of this emblematic building.

The priority now is to preserve the remaining intact sections and safeguard elements that can be saved. Under the supervision of the DRAC, security measures and protection of the intact parts are underway, representing the essential first steps for the building's preservation.
Every day counts to prevent further damage and to prepare for the rebirth of this place deeply connected to the history of Limoges.
Given the scale of the disaster, the Fondation du patrimoine is rapidly mobilizing alongside the City of Limoges to gather the necessary resources for the initial safeguarding operations and subsequent restoration of the edifice. The fundraising campaign offers everyone the opportunity to participate in this urgent action, alongside local stakeholders committed to preserving the building. Donations will help protect the parts that can still be saved and prepare for the reconstruction of this vital place for the memory of Limoges.
Donations can now be made directly to the Fondation du Patrimoine at www.fondation-patrimoine.org/les-projets/hotel-de-ville-de-limoges/33117.
Donations are tax-deductible according to current regulations.
