The Municipality of Panazol has launched the Acceo platform, a new free service designed to facilitate communication for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals, both remotely and in person.

To facilitate communication with all residents of Panazol, the Municipality is implementing the Acceo platform! This new free service allows deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals to easily contact the town hall's services, whether remotely or on-site.
Several communication methods are available through the platform, accessible from the town hall's website homepage: Instant Speech Transcription (TIP) to read the interlocutor's words in real-time, French Sign Language (LSF) Video Interpretation with an interpreter translating exchanges in real-time, Video Coding in Supported French (LfPC), and Automatic Speech Recognition available 24/7 outside of opening hours.
For in-person visits to the Town Hall reception, it is advisable to make an appointment in advance to best prepare for users wishing to utilize this system.
The Acceo application is also available for free download on smartphones, tablets, and computers via the App Store and Google Play. A more accessible town is a more inclusive town for everyone.
