Mr. Daniel Decourbe has been appointed as the investigating commissioner, and Mr. Jean-Louis Levet as his alternate, by the vice-president of the administrative tribunal of Pau.
The public inquiry file is available for consultation in paper format at the shared technical center, 8 rue du Maréchal Bosquet 40000 Mont de Marsan, during regular opening hours. It is also accessible online via the website of the Landes Prefecture.
Any interested person may review the file and submit their observations in the inquiry register provided for this purpose. Observations can also be sent by post to the shared technical center, addressed to the investigating commissioner. The investigating commissioner will receive public observations at the shared technical center on the following dates: Monday, October 5, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A copy of the investigating commissioner's report and conclusions will be filed at the Mont de Marsan town hall and the Landes Prefecture for public access, and will also be available on the prefecture's website.
