Neighborhood meetings are citizen gatherings aimed at collecting opinions and suggestions from Soorts-Hossegor residents on topics such as environment, mobility, security, cultural and sports life, associations, events, major projects, and solidarity.
Neighborhood referents, as privileged contacts, foster a close relationship between residents and the municipality. They gather remarks, needs, and information related to their area to forward them to the relevant municipal services, while respecting the confidentiality of entrusted information.
It is reminded that these referents do not replace law enforcement or municipal agents, nor do they act as mediators for resolving neighborhood or family conflicts.
The meetings will take place on the following dates and locations:
East Lake Sector Neighborhood (zone 3): meeting on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:30 PM at the canteen of the Chênes-Lièges school. Referents: Katharina Seibt and Maylis Portugais. Contact: quartierestlac@hossegor.fr.
