The application desk for aid under the Drought Rearmament Fund (Plan CASI) is now open in Lot-et-Garonne, mobilizing a budget of 3 million euros.

The State has deployed a departmental envelope of €3 million to support the cash flow of the most fragile farms, affected by the heatwave and fires of summer 2026. The objective is to provide rapid cash flow support to relaunch the next agricultural campaign, in the form of a lump sum ranging from €3,000 to €5,000, potentially increased depending on the situations.
The application portal is open from September 30th to November 1st, 2026 inclusive. Aid payments will be made promptly during November 2026.
The application procedure has been simplified and is exclusively online. Documents to upload include a Bank Account Identification Statement (RIB) and accounting statements for the last two fiscal years (2024 and 2025). For newly established farmers (less than one year since applying for installation aid), a forward-looking plan is required, while those under the micro BA regime need to submit their last two tax returns. Any additional documents useful for describing your situation may also be submitted.
For any questions regarding file preparation or administrative difficulties, please contact the DDT of Lot-et-Garonne at 05 53 69 34 71 or via email at ddt-sea@lot-et-garonne.gouv.fr.
