The IDELIS bus network will be freely accessible every Saturday starting November 7, as part of a 12-month experiment conducted by Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilités, the Communauté d’Agglomération Pau Pyrénées, and the City of Pau.

This measure, which will be subject to specific ridership monitoring, aims to facilitate access to public transport, introduce the network to new travelers, and encourage bus travel for weekend leisure and activities. The goal is also to reduce car usage on Saturdays and enhance the attractiveness of Pau's city center, shops, and leisure facilities in the agglomeration.
For travelers, this means no longer needing to purchase a transport ticket or validate their card on Saturdays. All lines of the IDELIS network are included across the entire served territory, with the exception of Libertis and IDELIS on-demand services.
IDELIS ambassadors will be present every Saturday in November at key hubs in Pau's city center from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to assist travelers.
