This Thursday, September 24, 2026, an outage affecting telecom, internet, and fiber services is impacting municipalities in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, especially those around Serres-Castet.
Technical teams from the infrastructure operator for the affected area will be deployed to resolve the issue once the location of the fault is identified by the commercial operators of the affected customers.
Residents affected by this outage are asked to contact their Commercial Operator's customer service, whose details are on their invoice, to report their situation.
For any copper or fiber cable that is cut or damaged, without immediate danger, residents are also requested to report the incident directly to their Commercial Operator.
