The VRAC initiative aims to make quality food accessible to everyone, by offering organic and quality products at prices adapted to individual resources. The system operates through purchasing groups.
To participate, residents can pre-order their products during information sessions held about a week before distribution, or directly online via the website https://pau-bearn.vrac-asso.org/. Orders are then collected on the day of the grocery store, with the option to purchase additional products available on-site.
The pop-up grocery stores will take place once a month, on Thursdays, in two towns: in Bielle, at the communal hall in Place de la Mairie (behind the restaurant Le Petit Manseng), and in Sévignacq-Meyracq, at the Salle de l’Europe.
The schedule for the 2026/2027 period is as follows:
Bielle: Thursdays, January 14, March 4, May 4, and July 8, from 3:30 PM to 7 PM.
Sévignacq-Meyracq: Thursdays, December 10, February 4, April 1, and June 3, from 3:30 PM to 7 PM.
