Young municipal councilors in Serres-Castet inaugurated several projects realized by the Children's Municipal Council (CME) and buried a time capsule set to be opened in 2036.

On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the elected members of the Children's Municipal Council (CME) of Serres-Castet celebrated the official inauguration of some of their projects. The guided walking tour began at Parc Liben.
Along the path, the children presented the results of their work and reflections: a zipline, a billiard area, a vegetable garden, and birdhouses.
The visit concluded in the school's green courtyard with the burial of a space-time capsule. Conceived by last year's elected officials, this project invited them to project themselves around the question: “How do you see yourselves in ten years?”
Filled with memories and messages prepared by the children, the capsule will remain buried until 2036.
Well done to the CME elected officials for their commitment to Serres-Castet!
