Maintaining autonomy and mobility is a major challenge for aging individuals and those with certain disabilities. Adapting homes to loss of autonomy is a key tool for preventing risks and living comfortably and easily at home.
As part of the Blue Week initiative, the Vienne et Gartempe Community of Communes (CCVG) and the municipality of L'Isle-Jourdain are organizing, with SOLIHA Vienne, an information workshop. It will cover housing adaptations for loss of autonomy, available modification solutions, and financial aid that can be mobilized.
This workshop, free of charge and led by an occupational therapist, is open to everyone. It will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 10 AM at the salle des fêtes (event hall) in L'Isle-Jourdain.
