The Social Action Community Center (CCAS) of Artigues-près-Bordeaux is organizing free workshops for family caregivers, providing a space for sharing and support.

In France, nearly 9.3 million people regularly provide assistance to a family member experiencing a loss of autonomy. These caregivers, often facing isolation and exhaustion, sometimes lack recognition.
To support them, the Social Action Community Center (CCAS) of the City offers exchange and sharing workshops twice a month. These meetings aim to allow participants to share their experiences and take care of themselves in a supportive environment.
The next workshops will be held on Fridays, October 2nd, October 16th, November 13th, November 27th, and December 11th, 2026, from 2 PM to 3 PM.
These meetings will take place at the Château Bétailhe, in the Julien salon.
Registration is required and can be done by phone at 05 56 74 02 23.
