By order n° 2026-022 of July 1, 2026, the president of the Communauté de communes des Vallées du Clain initiated modification n°2 of the PLUi. This procedure aims to adjust several aspects of the graphic regulations, annexes, and the presentation report.
The changes include the extension of STECAL Nb for a bivouac project in the Bois de Saint-Pierre in Smarves, the suppression of reserved areas in Nieuil-l’Espoir, Marçay, Smarves, and Aslonnes, as well as the reclassification of zones in Smarves, Château-Larcher, Nouaillé-Maupertuis, Vivonne, and Marnay. Modifications also concern the removal of classified wooded areas and the identification of buildings that may change destination.
Corrections to the regulations for zones UE and 1AUE are planned to accommodate artisanal activities. Parcels of the abbey moats in Nouaillé-Maupertuis will be reclassified into zone Np.
