Faced with the increase in renewable energy projects, particularly photovoltaic and agrivoltaic, in its territory, the CCVG wishes to initiate a collective reflection on the future of the region. To launch this initiative, an information meeting is scheduled for October 12 at 7 PM at the Espace Gartempe, located at 16 rue du Bd du Terrier Blanc in Montmorillon.
The evening will begin with a round table discussion involving elected officials from the CCVG, representatives from the State, scientists, farmers, associations, and agrivoltaic project developers. The aim is to enable citizens to inform themselves, exchange ideas, and debate in order to participate in defining future rules for Vienne et Gartempe.
A detailed program for the evening will be announced later.
